Menu Plan Monday

Having a game plan for the week, helps me stay on track for my budget and makes the inevitable question of the day much easier (what are we having for dinner???). Click on the banner above to go check out I’m an Organizing Junkie and see what she has cooking for the week too

Since Eric and I are still watching what we eat – these meals does not exceed 340 calories per serving. I’ll be posting the recipes (once we try them out with pics of food too!)

Monday – Eric took care of dinner (yay for great hubbies) – Grilled Chicken with Salad and pasta

Tuesday – Tacos with all the fixin’s

Wednesday – Penne Casserole

Thursday – Carribean Pork & Rice

Friday – Family is on their own! Autumn and I will be in Tampa for Women of Faith
