First on my list of things to change – my unhealthy eating habits. I signed up for My Fitness Pal – and subsequently, got Eric on board too. We are going strong for almost 6 weeks now. Our next weigh in will be Monday. That’s exciting and nerve racking all at the same time.
Got to keep focused on not dieting or the number of scale, instead focusing on health and nutrition. It takes more time for planning, but it is worth it. Already registered 13 pounds lost, and we’ll see how many more lost over the last 2 weeks – 3 more days to try to lose, lose, lose.
